Core MGMT is a boutique talent management agency with a big voice, based in the heart of London's West End.

We represent actors and actresses in both traditional and emerging medias, including film, theatre, television, commercials, motion capture and online content. Our clients are regularly seen in high-profile feature films, major television series and top-reviewed stage performances, and they work both within the UK and internationally.

Core MGMT was founded in 2013 by Sara Sehdev. With ten years of experience, including working at Independent, Hamilton Hodell and Spotlight, Sara ensures that the company continues to respond to the ever-changing needs and demands of the market. We work closely with our exceptional client list and directors, producers and casting directors to evolve with the developing industry.

In 2017, Sara was joined by Sura Dohnke. Sura has worked as an actress and producer for over twenty years, and has been working on the talent management side for the past few years. With her Belgian background, Sura has developed an enviable European client list who are working internationally.

To celebrate our fifth birthday, we are proud to add a new creatives department, representing writers, directors and below-the-line talent.
